Comparison

We wrote it, so it starts with what we do not have

Every platform carries the specific case where it is better than Peldia, and every fact links to its source. It is just as useful if you end up choosing another one.

All checked in August and October 2026

What Peldia does not have

If anything here matters to your club, go to the one next door.

  • There is no app in the mobile stores. You use it from the browser.Competize, Playtomic, Rankedin and Enjore do have one.
  • Courts are not booked and entry fees are not collected. If the americano costs money, the $12 a head still has to be chased by bank transfer.Playtomic books courts; Tournify collects the entry fee.
  • There are no digital match reports, no referee appointments and no disciplinary action.Competize, Enjore and Leverade are built for that.

What it does do, and none of the ones below do

Signing up without creating an account

They open the link, type their name and they are in.

The player opens the link, types their name and they are in. No password, no app to install, no email to confirm before getting started. It is what makes the whole WhatsApp group sign up rather than half of it.

Head to head and partners, across every competition

How they do against an opponent and which partner they win most with.

Every person has their own page with what they have played across every tournament, not inside one: how they do against a particular opponent and which partner they win most with. In padel, where the partner changes every Saturday, that is half the point.

It says when the numbers mean nothing

A 3-0 off three matches is not a 100% win rate.

A 3-0 off three matches is not a 100% win rate, it is a small sample, and Peldia writes that next to it instead of painting a percentage that impresses and misleads.

One by one

Competize

How it chargesMonthly subscription, with a limited free plan.

Better than Peldia for

A league that needs paperwork: digital match reports, referee appointments and disciplinary action. And for sports outside Peldia's catalog, which only covers racket sports, football and basketball.

What it is and how Peldia differs

Spanish competition manager, with over 60 sports, digital match reports, refereeing and player profiles with statistics.

How Peldia differs: Its statistics live inside each competition. When the league ends, the player's history stays there: there is no head to head cutting across tournaments or seasons.

Charging model according to their website; the exact amount, on their page, August and October 2026: www.competize.com

Tournify

How it chargesFree up to 8 teams. €40 per tournament up to 60 teams and €120 per tournament with no cap.

Better than Peldia for

The big weekend tournament with many courts running at once, referees to assign and sponsors to put on the event website. Its scheduler is better than ours there.

What it is and how Peldia differs

Dutch platform for one-day tournaments, with court and time planning, paid entry and a screen to project.

How Peldia differs: You pay per event, so a club running something every month pays every month. That is the opposite of what suits a recurring competition.

Vola

How it chargesFree for the club. The player pays a 7 % fee when signing up.

Better than Peldia for

A club that wants entry fees collected and its books balanced on their own: players pay from their phone, a spot is released automatically if payment is not completed, and the money lands in the club account. Peldia does not collect entry fees.

What it is and how Peldia differs

Spanish competition platform for padel, tennis and pickleball clubs: tournaments, leagues and circuits, with nine formats and automatic court allocation. It used to be called Padel Manager.

How Peldia differs: It charges the people who play and we do not: here signing up never costs anything. And it keeps no player identity (no level, no history, no profile), so when the season ends there is no record of who improved.

Xporty

How it chargesFree up to 20 players and one active competition; €30 to €168 per competition depending on size. Website on your own domain €160/year and branded app €480/year.

Better than Peldia for

A tournament circuit under your own brand: a website on your domain, an app with your name and a season ranking with its Master Final. It is the reference for that in Spain, and big organizers use it for good reason.

What it is and how Peldia differs

Spanish manager for tournaments, leagues and circuits, multi-sport, with a Glicko-2 ranking per club and platform-wide, payments through the club's own gateway, and a website and app under the organizer's brand.

How Peldia differs: You pay per competition, so a club competing all year pays every time; here competitions are free with no participant limit. And its level can only be seen inside the app. A Peldia profile is a public page anyone can find.

Rankedin

How it chargesFree basic plan and paid options per tournament.

Better than Peldia for

Racket competition with international ambitions: rankings that cut across countries, integration with broadcasts and a community already built outside Spain. It is years ahead there.

What it is and how Peldia differs

Norwegian racket-sports platform: tournaments, leagues, americanos, its own rankings and live scoring. It is the closest one to Peldia outside Spain.

How Peldia differs: Its player identity is a ranking (a number), not a history: it does not answer who do I win most with, or how do I do against this opponent.

Charging model according to their website; the exact amount, on their page, August and October 2026: www.rankedin.com/en

Challonge

How it chargesFree with advertising, and paid plans to remove it.

Better than Peldia for

A video-game tournament, or any bracket that has to be set up in two minutes and shared on Discord. Nothing else is needed for that.

What it is and how Peldia differs

The best-known bracket generator in the world, born in esports. Fast, in English and with a huge community.

How Peldia differs: You have to create an account to set the tournament up, the free plan carries advertising and it keeps no player statistics: when the bracket ends, nothing is left.

Score7

How it chargesFree, with one active tournament at a time on the free plan.

Better than Peldia for

A one-off tournament, done well, with no advertising and without asking anyone for an account.

What it is and how Peldia differs

Free tournament tool with no advertising, with six formats, including the Swiss system.

How Peldia differs: It is built for the tournament, not for the season: one active tournament at a time on the free plan, and no history that cuts across competitions.

Charging model according to their website; the exact amount, on their page, August and October 2026: score7.io

Torneo by Sofascore

How it chargesFree, with no team or match limit and no paid plan.

Better than Peldia for

A football or basketball league that wants the whole match told: lineups, goals, cards and suspensions, with an alert for every goal in an app many families already have on their phone. It is far ahead there.

What it is and how Peldia differs

Sofascore's free software for running amateur leagues and tournaments in football, futsal, basketball, volleyball, handball, rugby, water polo and tennis. What you publish appears inside the Sofascore app.

How Peldia differs: For a league to go live, Sofascore reviews it by hand and asks for proof that it exists, plus each player's date of birth and nationality, and once published it cannot be taken down. It has no padel and no sign-ups, and the league's public page carries ads. On Peldia the competition goes live at once, nobody asks anyone's age, and the only ad is your club's sponsor, if it has one.

Playtomic

How it chargesFree for the player; the club pays for its management software.

Better than Peldia for

Booking a court and finding someone to play with. It is not the same thing as this and does not compete with this: if your club uses Playtomic, the normal thing is to keep booking there and run the competition separately.

What it is and how Peldia differs

The most used court-booking and match-finding app for padel in Spain, with a 0 to 7 level system for matching people up.

How Peldia differs: Its level comes from a questionnaire and from friendly games, not from competition confirmed by both sides, and that is a common criticism from its own users. Its competition layer is tied to the courts it manages.

Charging model according to their website; the exact amount, on their page, August and October 2026: playtomic.com

We only give a figure when the platform publishes it on its pricing page. For the rest we say how they charge.

And on our side of the counter

Creating competitions, signing up and following results is free, with no cap on participants. The only paid thing is Peldia ERP, the club dashboard: $22 a month.
